When architect Clemens Bruns Schaub painted this watercolor of the bay tree that later graced our entry, he was embarked on designing the timeless, award-winning architecture of Baytree, sited on one of the most beautiful pieces of property to be found in Florida.
Baytree exists and evolves in balance with the beauty of Vero Beach’s unique coastal hammock, an environment where vegetation found in the low country of the coastal Carolinas meets the palm trees of the tropical zone.
Three distinct parts make up the whole of Baytree:
1. OCEANSIDE
sun, breezes and vistas;
2. WESTSIDE towering palms and centuries-old live oaks;
3. GREAT PEOPLE who share this one-of-a-kind community.
Living here is an uncommon pleasure that we appreciate every day.
